Cedar Cove Cottages is a family run establishment that has been enjoyed by many for generations. It is located on the shore of the beautiful Big Rideau Lake, in the heart of the quaint town of Portland, Ontario. The Big Rideau Lake is well known for it's fantastic fishing and is perfect for taking a quiet canoe or kayak ride. The water in the Big Rideau Lake is clean and clear for you to enjoy from our sandy beach front.

Cedar Cove Cottages is a family owned and run establishment and is a division of Box Arrow Farm. At Box Arrow Farm we raise thoroughbred race horses, upon your arrival you may see some of our horses as you make your way to the cottages. Enjoy a relaxing week in a two bedroom lakefront cottage located along eastern Ontario's Big Rideau Lake in Portland Ontario.
All of our cottages all come equipped with a stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes. They all have private bathrooms with showers. Please bring your own sheets (including fitted, flat and pillow cases), towels (shower and beach), soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, personal toiletries, kitchen towels and dish cloths.
