I was recently referred to Evans de Vries Higgins through my real estate agent to close on a sale and purchase. I only wish I had trusted my instincts and not used this firm. Dealing with Nathan Higgins and his assistant Debbie at this firm added to the long list of frustrations I had to deal with. From the beginning when dealing with Nathan and his staff, no one seemed to care or sympathize with my situation. They were rude, talked down to me and often quickly dismissed my requests or questions. Every time I asked Nathan a question that seemed to challenge him or whether I was just frustrated

We recently had Nathan Higgins help us with my husbands permanent residency. He was amazing!! He helped us with every single step of the process and was always there to answer any questions we had. I have recently used Evans de Vries Higgins for several different legal matters over the past year. I found the staff as well as Nathan always easy to talk to, honest, sympathetic and informative. In the last 12 months Nathan has completed two real estate deals, settled an estate and prepared wills.
