Ideal Welders vast shop and fabrication space allows for virtually no size restrictions in project execution. This allows us to ship our finished products to both domestic and international customers seamlessly. Given our prime Annacis Island location, all of our facilities are easily accessible by road, and rail with the notable advantage of water way access considering the proximity to the Fraser River at our Ideal 2 location.
We provide all of our employees with thorough training and development which is validated in our excellent work safety record. All fabricators at Ideal Welders are certified to the highest industry standards as all welding is conducted in strict accordance with ASME, CSA and CWB codes and standards.
Ideal Welders Ltd. has invested 30 years in research, development and engineering of the IDEAL valve. Ideal Welders offers reactor switching valves and hot gas bypass valves custom designed for gas plant requirements. Ideal valves are the most reliable, reactor switching valves available. They have a longer lifespan, lower maintenance costs, and are built to ASME Code standards with 100 percent NDE.
With over 200 registered welding procedures in place and an array of modernized equipment available for any application, Ideal Welders boasts the full assortment of resources required to custom manufacture carbon steel, titanium, chrome-moly, austenitic and ferritic stainless steel pipes in any diameter and wall thickness to meet customer specific needs.
Ideal Welders is the premier choice for pressure vessel fabrication. Our footprint includes our 220,000 square feet of shop space, allowing us to fabricate custom tanks and vessels in excess of 200 tons meeting a broad range of applications in the process.
