I visit Dr. Tam's office because it's close to my work. Other than its location (which is very convenient for me) there's not much that would encourage me to recommend this dentist.
That's not to say that this is a dentist you'd want to avoid. There are some good things about this practice. The reception and administrative staff are very nice. I like how I can get email reminders of my appointments (email is a much easier way to reach my than my office line) and they are very flexible in accepting last minute cancellations/requests for rescheduling.
