I have heard many great things about this place from friends and have bought from them myself over the years. Recently I was trying to introduce more business and help a friend out with a tire quote and got bad quality customer service both on the phone and email. You guys need to check yourself before you wreck yourself. Taking my business to Costco.

Great service! Booked my appointment online to swap tires off rims so no wait. Drove onto their hoist and the two staff got to work quickly. Amazed at how fast these guys work and since two of them were working on my car, it was done very efficiently. Torqued my wheels after, not like some places which just use an impact gun. Fast, reasonable, quality work!

Excellent service at Joycity Tires for seasonal tire change. Easily booked appointment online. Very quick and efficient tire swap and professional service. Much better than visiting the dealership. Nice large garage. Recommended!

I was a customer for over 10 years. I've purchased numerous sets of tires and have recommended this business to multiple friends and family. Their price was always the cheapest. Booking installation on their website was convenient.
My last set I purchased was winter tires on used rims that were purchased from them. The tires were losing air so I had to go back and pay to have their poor installation corrected. I was able to look past that and planned to continue to support their business.
Recently I needed new summer tires. I submitted a quote request via their website and emailed a week later

I post reviews to places that lack reviews and need an initial impression, places I frequent often and have a solid opinion of, or places to be wary of.
On my last visit I was getting tires removed from a set of rims and put on another set of rims. I had entered with three lugnuts in less than stellar condition and had expected some trouble getting the tires off. No worries there; they got it off without trouble and offered me replacement nuts at a nominal fee, which I appreciated. I was also told the tire swap would cost more than I expected because

I've been here a few times as well as referred my family to come and get tires. I had a puncture over the weekend and luckily the owners were still there when I dropped by. Scott was diligent and on point with his recommendations. I placed an order on Saturday and I came back on Monday to have my tires mounted. They were quick and efficient and the appointment lasted about 30 mins. I do agree with the previous post, this ain't the cheapest but not the worst either. Overall experience is decent. Will come back when needed.

Listen when it comes to tire shops, if you're coming to a place like this it's because you appreciate good service from people who know what they're doing and ultimately at a great price.
If you're going to a Kal Tire, or Active Green and Ross, or whatever else, then Price is not something you're trying to compete on as all of those places are expensive.
My usual place is a little ways away so this was my closest place. It was okay paying a little more to come here since it was closer and would save time.

Where's the "joy" in JoyCity??
Sorry to have to make this post as I am a repeat customer over several years who saw this shop being run just ok to great and then sadly to terrible (today). This shop is known for having good prices and reliable, fast and improved customer service previously but the elderly gentlemen who is the original founder and father of the owner has zero concept of what customer service means and shouldn't be customer facing. Maybe the regular receptionist is on vacation? In a span of 1 hour I heard 3 walk-in customers complaining. Shameful.

Their policy and customer care is the worst I have ever encountered. I asked for RAV4 winter tire and after getting the quote , I asked for appointment and his answer was you have to come and give me deposit first and them come another day to install them. I asked about the option of giving the,m my visa number or paying them in advance through their website, but he was so rude and angry and only thing he was saying was , this is the policy . I don't need to do business with these type of shops.

This place sure lives up to it's name! I got a quote, paid the deposit and then booked the appointment all online on the same day. They have a pretty good customer lounge with WIFI and TV which is a nice perk while you're waiting for the install. I've purchased my last 3 sets of tires from them and I'm sure I'll be back again.

Just one experience but so far so good. Bought winter tires for my mother's car. Went with the excellent clear-out deal this year on the Gislaved NordFrost 100, tough to beat $460 all-in for an established tire in this segment (205/60R16). Service was prompt enough considering it was drop-in at 4PM, I was out in an hour. Mounting job was good, no noticeable scuffs, valve stems seemed firmer than what I got on my last couple of installations (makes it easier to attach air hose or tire gauge when the stem isn't wobbly). Mounted tires with full DOT code facing out as it should be. 4.5

This was my first time dealing with Joycity and I was satisfied with the process and pricing. I purchased a set of Continental WinterContact SI (225/45/17) for $865.00 all-in on Nov 29, 2016. I also received a $65.00 mail-in rebate with Continental. They accepted Visa for full payment.
I emailed Joycity for a quote and they responded within 24… hours with all tire options for 225/45/17. The price was slightly cheaper than SimplyTire who I've dealt with a couple times in the past. SimplyTire was selling the same tires for $770.00 plus taxes plus $3.75 per tire for the Ontario Tire Stewardship

Scott emailed me back within the 10 minutes of asking the price for a set of tires I wanted to quote. The price was far better than anywhere else I had found. He mentioned I could get the tires next day with a $100 deposit for the order. I work just around the corner from this location, so I paid the deposit in person - but they have it set up so you can pay online via pay pal if that is easier for you. You can also book your appointments online through the website! This made it much easier for me as I didn't have to waste time on the phone doing all this while I was at work.

This tire shoppe is unbelievable! Walked in and ask for cheaper snow tires and steel rims for my van. He gave me a price and I bought it. This guy had a attitude problem also. Which I don't care because he didn't piss me off yet. He told me he will call me next day when the tire and rims arrive. Next day nobody call so I called and he said it was done. Went there got them changed and left. Once I went on the highway it was vibrating at 110km/hr. Brought it back to him the next day and balance it again. Second time I went on the highway it was vibrating again! So went back there and balance

Their wait room has multiple iPods setup, a TV, various magazines and a free pop fridge.
I guess that's the smoking mirror for their lack in quality service.These guys didn't balance the car properly after the installation which led the car to shake at about 100 clicks. Had to go back in to correct it - annoying! According to a mechanic, professionals should be able to get this right the first time. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
Three stars since they were apologetic and fixed the problem

Tires quoted in store was $50 higher than what was quoted over the phone the day before. when I went to the store to put a deposit, it was $100 more, so I explained that I was previously quoted $50 less over the phone. No dice... then I mentioned you can at least match the phone quote from your store and he said no I heard wrong and to just buy from other store and turned around. I don't expect great customer service from Asian shops but there are better ways to handle the situation like "no, that is the best
