Went to get my BMW tries switched. They did a good job on that, however, 1 logo on my rim was missing. I asked what happened they said they don't know where the logo is. Therefore I had to go to the BMW shop to buy one myself. When I gave my fob to the guy he was playing around with it and dropped it..didn't even apologize.

My go to place for tires. Best prices. Obly ossue is they have become rather busy, with long wait times in the spring and fall when yirw change time arrives. Nevertheless, for name brand tires, prices cannoy be beat. They also stock special oils for german cars with odd specs, etc, and at a good price. For good, off brand nexen tires, the nexen supplier in Etobicoke, ia cheaper and less buay. If you want Continental, toyo, yokohamay, etc. This is the place. Only otber querk is they charge for tire pluga for flats, etc that other places so for free. That aside, great place.

Despite the great reviews, I had a not so good experience.
My tire change appointment was booked over 3 weeks in advance for a Saturday. If they did not have a certain part for my appointment, they had more than enough time to let me know so that I could reschedule my appointment or even ask me for my tire/car specifications. Ultimately this did not happen and I was advised after waiting 30mins during my tire appointment that they did not have my part which was the main reason that we went to this shop in the first place. Fine...No part is fine but why would they install my tires still?? I just

Had a terrible week where I had two flat tires days after the other. Such a nightmare getting into my car every morning. These guys helped me out outa patch on one of the tires a plug on the other until my new tires came in. Gave me three options for price point and reliability for my new tires.
They brought the new tires in quicker than quoted and did the service no problem at all. Was an excellent experience, not intimidating at all like some auto shops.
Next time I need anything I'll be coming in for sure

Bought tires form here a couple of times, nothing but good things to say about them. Phone calls answered promptly. E-mails answered in good time. Always up-front & forthcoming with prices and other requested information - no "hiding the ball" with answers like "call me" or "come in for a quote" - I appreciate that. It would be even better if the website had prices, but hardly anyone does that in GTA so I'll give them 5 stars anyway, at least they don't make you fill out the silly online form like most of the bigger chains.

$60 to change my tires to winter tires plus rims as well! :) The most affordable place I could find in Mississauga, great service for the price.
Note: No credit cards, only cash or debit.
It took around 45-50 minutes to get the tires changed. But I didn't mind that because they had lots of comfy seats with Free Wi-Fi in their lounge area. There's also TVs and charging ports for your cellphones too.
The service is professional and friendly. I would definitely come back again. Just remember to make the appointment 2 weeks early as they book up fast during this time.

Been calling dozens of tire places over the last month, have been reminded that it's their busy season just as many.
Called tire 23 this morning, was patient with me over the phone and went through prices and options with me.
Ended up booking and getting them installed today within 45 minutes of arriving there.
Great service, clean waiting room and really nice washrooms ;)
Will be back for their services in the spring!

By far the best place for service. I was a first time buyer and how know idea what to get. Mike spent time showing me the best wheel design. Even after changing my mind 4 times they helped get my Enkei M52s in timely manner. When ever shopping for wheels and tires go to TIRE 23.

I've been going to them for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed. They will give you a quote for 4 to 5 tire brands in all different price ranges and won't push you to go for the past expensive one.

Very good service. U cant beat their price. These guys are very patient and will answer even the most stupid question.
I got my summer performance michelin pilot super sport tires from them for my 335i. they gave me the best price for the tires and installation compared to every other places i called. their service was very professional: the way they lifted the car, installed the tires on the rims, then packed my old tires and put it in the car for me and the care they put on the whole service was undeniable.
You dont ever have to look anywhere else once u become their customer. they can provide

Not bad. bought my winter tires here. needed to mount, balance and install. i had to come back in later for rebalancing since the first time it was done, it was loud as f***. second time, better. but still noisy. didn't bother coming back. though they gave no hassle when i mentioned there was an issue, it was still a bother. real friendly service though, patient even with silly questions (since i lack in car interest)
btw, there's a decent sitting area, leather couches i think and tv. vending machine and drinks available.
