Our President, Sam Shaw, has been in the construction business since 1981. Sam joined C & S in 1998 as the Estimator/Project Manager and moving into the General Manager role in 2002 before becoming the President in 2004 when our founding President, Orest Wasylyk retired. Sam leads the team at C & S Builders Ltd. with his expertise in providing quality workmanship at competitive prices.

C & S Builders seasonally employs more than twenty staff from Moose Jaw and surrounding areas. Sam is originally from Central Butte, Saskatchewan, but moved to Moose Jaw in 1968. Sam spent some time living in Regina, but his fondness for Moose Jaw brought him back in 1999. They enjoyed raising their three children mainly in Moose Jaw which is why supporting the local economy of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan is so important to him.

C & S Construction Co. was initially founded in 1953. In 2000, restructuring occurred and C & S Builders Ltd. was created. With over half a century experience operating locally in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and surrounding areas, C & S Builders offers construction services for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
C & S Builders has decades of experience with Commercial Construction projects by working on a spectrum of projects including, but not limited to: Small family-owned businesses, large corporate chains, new office complexes, car dealerships, motels/hotels, and gas bars. No project is too big or too small for C & S Builders.
C & S Builders Ltd. is proud to give back to our community by employing locally, purchasing locally, and supporting our community. C & S Builders Ltd. has sponsored local sport's teams from baseball to hockey. We have contributed to the newly built Mosaic Place/Yara Centre projects as well as supported our local hospital foundation.
