Literally.never.answer.their.phones.
So frustrating because they made a mistake on my scheduling and I cannot resolve it until one of their staff emails me back Gosh knows when. Why can’t you guys just answer your phone?

I called again and again no one answered. I don’t understand why I need to leave messages for you to call me back? I am calling at a time convinient for me during hours you have listed

I’ve had quite a few massages from Amanda. She’s friendly and greeting at the front desk, but as soon as she closes the door for my massage she gets an attitude sometimes. I’ve had a few messages done where I saw her playing on her PHONE, either massaging me with one hand or playing on her phone during my cupping. It makes me very uncomfortable her having her phone out and it makes me upset since I’m not paying her to play on her phone. I will not be returning.

I suffered a debilitating accident in 2016, since that time I was terrified to let anyone go near my neck, the accident left my first six vertebrae fused. Dr. Daniella has treated me on several occasions and has made me feel safe and totally healed. The biggest miracle Dr Daniella performed on me was the time I developed sciatica real bad, 1 week before a scheduled vacation that I was sure I would have to cancel. I was experiencing vertigo and back pain. Impact Health took me in as soon as they could and provided an excellent customer experience. Dr. Daniela is professional and sincere. The Doctor never made me feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to thoroughly go through my history and symptoms before suggesting treatment options. Upon follow up visits I have had the same professional experience.

Just got an amazing massage from Amanda Gonzalez, she treats you like a friend and doesn't make you feel awkward or leave awkward pauses like all the other massage places I've been too. It's hard for me to lay on a table and have a stranger massage my back, but I felt very comfortable and at ease. Went to her when I was pregnant as well and she didn't charge me extra for a prenatal massage like other places do. they care about you feeling better vs expanding their wallet. Definitely recommend! :)

I have had neck/back issues my whole life and have tried everything. I have always been scared of adjustments, however after many recommendations to this place I see what a life changer it is. Dr. Dipaola is amazing, extremely friendly, and a miracle worker. I have had many adjustments with her and have felt incredible ever since. Anyone who is looking for a fantastic chiropractor or massage therapist, even if you are new to it I HIGHLY recommend ! Simple amazing!

Our whole family has been going to Impact Health Niagara since day 1! Dr.Daniela is absolutely amazing. She has offered so much relief from my ongoing shoulder issue as well as helped with minor injuries our competitive dancing daughters have faced. The atmosphere is great! I couldn't be happier with the service provided at Impact Health. I've been to a few other clinics and Impact is by far top notch. All of the staff are very friendly and educated in all aspects of there field. Daniela is a wonderful chiropractor and has made a huge "Impact" on my life.
