Brought to the public's attention by professional athlete Michael Phelps, Cupping Therapy is quickly becoming a complimentary modality for effective soft-tissue treatment. For a limited time, Back In Motion is offering Cupping Therapy at no extra charge with your massage therapy session. Cupping therapy utilizes negative pressure, rather than tissue compression, for superior results in a wide array of body work techniques.
It's safe, comfortable and gives remarkable results. By creating suction and negative pressure (a vacuum), cupping therapy lifts connective tissue, releases rigid tissue and loosens adhesions. Cupping pulls stagnated blood and waste to the skin level where it can be easily flushed out by the lymphatic and circulatory system.

When I visited to handle my low back, Kendra treated me diligently. She was very kind. I can not forget that time. Because I was a student and just started study and no family near. She helped me a lot of things. Her hospitable and care will be remembered in my mind forever. Thank you very much. Kendra.
I hope you are doing well.

I've been having regular massage therapy here with Wilma since 2008 (older location on Welland), typically between my spouse's and my own benefits I get a massage once a month to handle the negative effects of sitting at a desk all week.
For me, deep tissue work on the shoulders, back and leg areas (like adductors) is crucial for keeping the pain at bay and when I first started coming here I was having to do stretches every day 3x/day just to relieve the pain in my legs, regular RMT work keeps me from having to go back to this.
Back in Motion is very clean and well-maintained, I wouldn't hesitate
