HONEST HONEST HONEST!!! I needed plumbing for a new laundry tub installation, but also knew there was an additonal issue, .....the plastic pipe going into bsement cement under the existing laundry tub was loose. Company was called on a Saturday evening, plumber came on site on a Sunday to assess job. Situation was assesed in 5-6 mins, but then he took 30 mins to properly explain the loose pipe situaton. He answeerd all my questions and wanted to make sure I understood the situation, my options and pros/cons. I hired him on spot . He started work 2 days later. Upon breaking concrete, he advised
