My tenants had some concerns with the plumbing in my downtown Toronto condo. Jim stopped by and quickly discovered the problem was with the plumbing in the building. Our basement drains backed up for the first time ever in the 40 years we have owned this house. I searched on-line and found Waterman Drain. The company was amazing. Very competent. Quick to visit and identify the problem (a collapsed trap). Chris and Jim were fantastic; always returned our calls, thoroughly explained how they would fix the problem and their work crew did in record time. A very honest, hard-working and excellent company. Mr Steve is a great man. The company is doing fantastic. Offered me the best price between many companies that I called in .. Started the project in 24 hours. They are licensed.. Got all required permit from city very quickly to do my plumbing work. The site was at Woodbine and Danforth (Strathmore Blvd). Fixed the problem in few hours. Our family is really happy to find this company from Internet. They are extremely friendly about cost and payments. No need to be worry about those stuff (even about deposits they are working with you). Just trust them and leave the work with them... Result makes

They are the cleanest drain guys I have ever seen...and I have seen alot of them. They are very professional and take care of every detail. There are no hidden costs and no surprises. They just came in, did the job, cleaned up and left. I am really happy with the service they gave me.
