All of our cottages have private decks that provide exceptional panoramic views of beautiful Georgian Bay and spectacular evening sunsets. Our Ontario rental cottages are modern, immaculately clean and fully equipped to ensure your family vacation is enjoyable and stress free.

A fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and all cooking utensils. We require a deposit of 1/3 down to reserve. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Master Card, Cheque or Money Order. Reservations are weekly for July and August, except in the case of a last minute cancellation and availability and or fill in.
The deposit less $100.00* per week of cancellation will be refunded if we receive notification of cancellation more than six weeks prior to the booking date. If notification is received less than six weeks prior to the booking date we will refund your deposit only if we re-rent the cottage for the entire original booking dates, minus $100.00* service charge.
Our close proximity to Toronto makes us a suitable location for all groups. We've had different groups of customers from company retreats, family reunions, church groups, fishing groups and fishing tournaments. Taking all of our cottages at normal capacity we can handle up to 70 people.
Our off season rates for these type of events makes us very attractive for example for a weekend getaway it can be as little as $100.00 per person per weekend depending on how many people and how many cottages you take.We've had groups that supplied a tent and several food in the tent and did their own Barbeque pig roast and catered in salads and other side dishes.

We enjoyed a really great time with the family at Hall's cottages. The owners were very nice and helpful. They even let our parents stay one night free of charge. Great cottages, plenty of fish to catch, and lots of swimming and playing for the kids. I would recommend this place and would return again. Thank you Hall's cottages!!!!!

Stayed at Halls Cottage for a weeks vacation July 2021, was booked easily late 2020. Over all we made the best of our vacation
an had a good time. Lots of good weather with some rain.
Pro’s
- Fare price.
- Beautiful location once at cabin and over looking Marina.
- Amenities close buy with both water or road access.
- Ok water access area for swimming.
- Onsite boat launch with a place to hold our boat right at dock.
- BBQ provided and gas.
- Good fishing, even right on the docks.
Con’s
- Cabins really show a lot of age and ware.
- Kitchens are very tight minimal counter space.

Cottage was literally on the Georgian bay. Needs a bit of fixing up. Deck was starting to fall apart. Lots of ants inside and bad for the mosquitoes at night. Location is beautiful, price is good. Boat rental from owners a bit more on costly side. It was overall an OK experience. Nice relaxing getaway from the city.

Its peaceful and the owners are the best, your host are Diane and Rick Vanderwel. They love their land, and take pride in their cottages and trailers. They help people in the community and my wife and I were a couple, they helped. We are so grateful for them, their cottages and lovely trailer
We are still in contact with them. They were more then just our landlords but our friends. Both very wise and taught us alot, to get to where we are at now. Merci, to put both. Scamp the owners puppie, loved our luckie. We miss scamp alot too. And the regular trailer tenants. Hats off to you both. Don't listen

My husband and I can't thank Mr. and Mrs. Vanderwal for what they have done for my husband and I and our two fur babies.
We got taken for by someone to rent a place. We were in a motel that was very unhealthy in the area. We were given the opportunity to rent the most beautiful cabin they have Number 7 . On the water and very private.
They are very loving caring people. You don't find that very often these days. They saved us from living in our car.
Thank you both so much. I would recommend their cabins for the best get away ever.

Great place to keep your boat, The owners are friendly and are continually upgrading the docks and services. Widest docks in the area, most sheltered from the wind and waves compared to other marinas, beach, amenities big chunk of Canadian Shield, not to mention super cute cozy cottages reminiscent of what my dad remembers "up north" used to be back in his day when he says "everything was perfect." No other place in the area compares. If you don't stay here, you're missing out! If there were more stars to click Halls Cottages would get them all.

My first time in cottage I gotta say I absolutely loved it, the owners are supper friendly. The slide was absolutely hit for the kids, the water is clean and warm for everyone. The cottages are clean and spacious perfect for our family of 4. The stove and fridge was clean and working well. The area is safe for our kids where I can leave the kids on their own and just hang out and not worry about the kids . Everyone staying is also very friendly. I would definitely return here next year with my family and kids. We are a groups of 11 of us here for one week, there is walking distance to the grocery

I went with family and friends and would not recommend it the cabin we were in was subpar none of the amenities like oven mitts working coffee maker the beds were stained blood on the walls paint peeling dirty toilets leaking bathroom sink dirty stove garbage in the lake and the people who own it dont maintain it and if you leave stuff of value they take it for them self's

My wife and I have been coming to Hall's Cottages for the past 5 years and couldn't be happier. We've kept our sailboat with them for this time and the docks were all recently replaced. We've also stayed in many of their cottages at various times over those 5 years. They are all well equipped and clean. They have cleaning staff that come to clean the cottages after a guest leaves. There is even satellite TV, but people are here
