A great experience all around. Jordan and Keshawn were helpful, informative and patient. I would encourage anyone considering new flooring to talk to them, learn about their products and work with them for a stress-free project. They even sourced products for me that they didn't stock and still offered competitive pricing. I will definitely work with them again.

We decided to work with Value Wood Floors for our current home renovation project after our contractor recommended we give Gordon a call. We couldn’t be happier with the result. When shipping delays beyond anyone’s control threatened the entire timeline of our project, he went above and beyond, working with the supplier to come up with a custom flooring solution that we loved even more than our original choice and that could be delivered on time. We recently had our floors done and had a fantastic experience with Gordon at Value Wood Floors. We had the 7 3/4” white oak Nautilus installed throughout our home. From the beginning, Gordon was very patient and thorough, answering all our questions. I changed my mind on the wood and Gordon was very accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I recently had a great experience at Value Wood Floors that I wanted to share. We are currently renovating our century home and Gordon was really helpful in giving us all the different options for what we were looking for. We ended up ordering 4 1/2" oak hardwood, for the main floor which looks beautiful, really classic. On the second order, for the basement, we went with 9" Vinyl floor, which now also looks great! From the time I met him, I could tell how much he cared about supporting me and making sure I made a great decision with my choice of flooring. He explained to me the grade, finish, and even what I should get (engineered/solid). He also was very patient with my purchase, worked within my timelines and in my budget!
