My wife and I hired them to put in new railings and pickets at our place. They also did trim work and other finishing touches on our stairs. They were very responsive and and friendly, never pressured us, gave us different price options, and completed the work on time. Would recommend them for sure!

I called this place to purchase flooring for over a week and a half and each time I spoke with someone they would tell me that they will check on the floor colour and get back to me. Last time I called they said will call back in 10mins which didn't happen. They are nothing but liars and don't need money, so don't waste your time like I did. This was how they service someone who is trying to purchase their product, I can only imagine how they deal with problems of their products, oh I know by not getting back to people! We had our upstairs carpets removed and hardwood installed by Q flooring. The process started by calling Stan, and he told us to come into the store when we have the time, to pick out flooring and possibly get a quote for installation. I drew out all the spaces we wanted done with dimensions, and went to the store with my wife on a Monday. We picked out flooring and put down a deposit. Stan arranged to have the floors installed on Wednesday and Thursday of the same week! We couldn't' be happier with the end result. Great workmanship, and the new floors look just phenomenal. Our experience with Q Flooring has been nothing but pleasant. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I was very indecisive as to what colour of floors I wanted to pick out for our house, however Stan was very patient and accommodating. I don't know how they work?we visited the store and gave them all our info like cell no,home no address and the lady on the counter told us that someone will contact you on weekend,but the weekend gone and following week i send her messaged on facebook..she said sorry again and told me someone will contact me...it has been 3 weeks ..no body called for an appointment to give as an estimate for our floor and stair...

Dealing with the Owner of this location was a pleasure. He has a variety of different flooring from Vinyl, to Laminate and Hardwood. The owner was very patient and showed me all the different types of materials with it's pro's and con's. Prior to coming to this store as a savy consumer I always shop around first before committing. I explored; Rona, Lowe's and Home Depot and I can tell you at Q Flooring you get a higher quality product for a lot cheaper.
