Went in with my apparently new (used) car to find that the safety wasn't done properly. All the brakes were bad and they found the knocking that was apparently eluding the original dealer's mechanic. Paul worked on my car. What a professional and thorough inspection and job. Kept me in the loop the entire time and replaced rotors and pads on the spot. Can't complement them enough. Gino, the owner, was excellent, as well.

I was stopped by a friendly stranger who told me my wheel looked like it was about to fall off in the same plaza “be safe” is located in. I walked in and received the best customer service I have received from an auto body shop possibly ever. They went right to work to figure out the problem which was the rim. They brought me out, showed me and explained in detail the problem. They didn’t have a rim in shop that fit my vehicle but wasted no time to order one in town and pick it up within half an hour. I was spoken to with total disrespect. The owner Gino abruptly said that he was under a lot of stress with an overwhelming amount of orders for snow tires. “I have an appointment I explained, he replied rudely “I can’t help you”.
I was a customer for about 10 Years. I will take my business elsewhere
Making money is stress full ??? He should be great full for his patrons and treat them not only with thanks but with respect.

From the first day that I called Matt this is the place we decided to use to change your tires. Everyone's brainwashed Costco Costco but at Be safe we got Good years and they have the best price. They're the only ones that's stuck to their price as I called other tire shops and the price changed thanks to matt and the team for taking care of my dad and giving him his 4 new Goodyear's.

Gino is a good guy, genuinely cares for his customers. I overheard him talking to a customer on the phone who was having issues with his brakes, even though the shop was super busy with snow tire installs he made the time for this customer so the customer wouldn't compromise his own safety.
Lots of joking around and you can see that they have great relationships with people in the community.

Best experience ever !!! I finally got my winter tires and rims installed and I can not wait to try it on the snow . Service advisor Carmen gave an awesome price and the service was excellent. I even have money left to do an oil change paying a very reasonable price $49.00 .( i used to pay $120😯😯) . They even checked my car completely FOR FREE and sent me the report by text pictures includes , how cool is that👍👍😏😏 . Sorry long review but I am so excited that I found this place 150% recommended.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. They assist you by showing you options and price comparisons before working on your vehicle. Workmanship has always been excellent from my experience with them over the past several years. They even helped me get to and from home while my vehicle was on the lift for the afternoon.
There’s none of the nonsense I experienced at local dealerships ... I’d recommend them to anyone, no matter what make or model you have.

The best customer service you will find in the AUTO WORLD from service adviser to the mechanics each and every person go out of there way to help assist in any way possible. I honestly thought the service there was immaculate very honest to the point people which is very hard to find. I will recommend this location to anyone looking for any sort of AUTO assistants now or in the future (very satisfied)
