Sometimes the support of a qualified counsellor is just what we need to get us through the rough spots in our lives. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a private practice in the city of Duncan, located on southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I offer psychological counselling services to individuals, couples, and other relationship groupings.
My goal as a counsellor is to gently invite you to explore your internal terrain to whatever extent you can, and to encourage you to access the possibilities and strengths, that already exist there, to illuminate and guide your way. I will also ask you to consider how the wider world in which you live might play a role in shaping some of your internal experience.

Services
My specialty is relationship counselling. The number and frequency of counselling sessions will vary depending on your unique needs. Office hours are flexible in order to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. I offer counselling services, for a variety of issues, to individuals, couples and other relationship groupings.
My orientation is current and integrated, incorporating a broad base of skills for your unique situation, and strength-based, acknowledging and building on your current resources both internally and externally to help you get what you want from our time together.
I adhere to an ethical code of professional conduct, providing a safe, respectful, culturally sensitive, and confidential environment in which we can explore the landscape of your life, to the degree you are able, and the concerns that have brought you here now.Societal and cultural norms and assumptions are kept in mind to provide a wider lens through which to explore the inevitable ups and downs of our personal experience.
