That radio caught me like a trap... however; it was 100% accurate!
We requested quotes from other window companies and there was something special about Rick that lead us ignoring all other companies.
Rick needs to teach his salesperson ways. If all salespeople were like him there would be less worry about buying, less negativity around salesperson, and we would be better all around.
He is a genuine, honest, and overall fantastic man! My wife and I were so happy we called you and recieved you as our salesperson. Thank you so much Rick!!

Very strange reception, and NO HELP!
Went with measurments, pictures and expectations, thinking someone would sit down with us and give us a quote on windows and installation - we were the only ones in the place, first lady was no help and very confusing, so had us talk to the installation manager, told that they don't install the windows they sell, only custom windows, told it was 11-13 weeks, talked to two people, niether one was interested in our dimensions or quoting - seemed like we were annoying them, after wife took an hour off work to be part of this descison they gave us a business card

In May of 2019 I had 11 windows replaced in my home. By November 2019 all 5 windows in my bedroom were showing significant mold buildup and I do not mean a small amount of mold, it was disgusting. I contacted Dans to have this issue looked at which ended up taking 3 weeks for anyone to arrive.
On the day two representatives showed up too inspect our windows and the mold growth, they claimed it was our fault. There reasoning was too due with the blinds we installed and our curtains restricting the air flow. So I guess I’m the only one who has blinds on there windows? They needed to contact someone

Received a quote for a few windows plus installation. The quote seemed a little high considering the quantity and size of the windows. I requested a breakdown of the quote displaying the cost of the windows and the price of the labour only to be told “sorry we don’t provide a breakdown of this information.” Which I find ridiculous and shady considering they sell the actual windows from their warehouse for self installation should you choose to go that route.

I had my sliding patio door replaced today and the techs did a wonderful job. The whole experience from getting a salesman out to do a quote to installation was very quick (ours was an emergency because the… glass was smashed) and easy. The price was also very reasonable. The technicians that installed the door today were very fast, friendly and helpful, especially considering our old door was installed very poorly so I think it was a bit of an annoying job to do. I would highly recommend Dans Windows & Doors.

Recently started a journey where I purchased 5 exterior doors at just over 20k, Sales person was responsive but definitely not pro active. Once the contract was signed there was no communication, the promised install date came and passed with no update. After I made several calls I was told the doors were in Quality Inspection. Again after several… calls I was given an install date ( 2 months past the original date ). Taking the day off work to be home for the promised install someone left a message at 8:40 that the installer was sick and would be re-scheduled to the following week. On the

July 2019 had a French Garden door installed. Again an excelent crew, great instaltion job. The screen wasn't quite right so they came back right away to adjust it.
March 2019 Had this wonderful 13' by 5' window installed. The guys did a great job. I just need to finish the inside walls and reside the sun room.

I just got stood up for a measurement quote - no one answering phones and no calls to say they would be late! Appointment confirmed by phone well in advance too. In the process I had my small dog crated for an hour more than required so that she wouldn't pee at the sight of another contractor coming through!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Dan's! From showing us the options to understanding me forgoing the fancy new door that I wanted for a durable, practical ones that my kids couldn't destroy in a week. ;-) Delivery was on schedule and the installers were on time, friendly and happy to answer questions. I am having a really hard time getting any service completed by this company. We have been into the store and Joanne has been great. The service manager was the gentlemen who did our quotes up for us for an… exterior door and a sidelight and now we can not get any response in regards to actually getting the door installed. We have called every day since the quote was given. We have also emailed. We would really like to do business but am unsure if that is actually going to happen.
