My husband and I called better windows and doors wondered if the showroom was open cause of Covid. The woman on the phone said yes, so I told her when we would be there. So we went and she gave us a book and some papers and she said we could put our contact info so a sales representative would call, but as soon as we got there we felt like we were inconveniencing her. Not a very welcoming atmosphere .

10+++++++. I contacted Better Windows and Doors to replace my patio door. Gary came out within a day and measured and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. I wanted a specific door and so we ordered that one. Then a week or two later I decided I wanted the other door and contacted Gary who said it wouldn’t be an issue as long as the manufacturer hadn’t started it yet. Then a week later I changed my mind again and again contacted Gary who laughed and happily changed my order again. Many places would have given me attitude but not Better Windows and Doors.
