Superb professional staff. Spoke with Lynn who was knowledgeable about the service required. Followed Covid-19 guidelines as required by the government. Dropped off microwave one day and fixed the next. Highly recommended. I've been here 5 years ago with the same professional service as well.

Abrasive people. Scripted replies and "it is company policy" attitude. Won't give any details unless you send it in, and spend $75 on their assessment.
"If you are not prepared to spend 200$ on the service, don't send it to us !" They will fix it without your consent, if it's under $200$. They will provide a quote only if it's over $200. Company policy ! I will contact the brand that hired these guys to service their products and see how they feel about this. Professional Electronics ... NOT.

It's unfortunate people are forced to deal with this company for Panasonic warranty repair issues. The receptionist has no business dealing with customers. Rude and arrogant, she thinks she's smarter than her customers. Thinks.
I'm only giving two stars because the technician was ok to deal with.

I want to thank you guys for saving my life, they fixed my camera that I was stressing over when the lens broke thinking it's going to cost me a fortune, after shipping it and looking in to what the problem is and fixing it and shipping it back to me all together cost under $200. That's a blessing when your camera is over $2000 thank you guys so much

Great staff there. They were helpful and quick to assist me in getting my camera in for repair. It was painless and less stressful than I thought it'd be for some reason.
On top of that, they reply to emails/inquiries pretty quickly. Great job!
Hopefully the repair goes as well as their customer experience. =)

My camera came in for a easy fix, but the receptionist was rude, arrogant, short with me. She became flustered because I had questions about the repairs on my camera. I have never had such terrible customer service! I have never been spoken to like that by any person dealing with the public. I am not easily frustrated, but this service was pathetic, as I am even taking the time to write this...

Feel like brought car in to get summer tires switched out for winter tires and got bill for a new engine. Camcorder having battery charging/usage problems. Told need this and that regards lenses. What? They suggested not repair camcorder. Ask if recycle or return to me. Close to $1,000 to repair and, a note on quote cost more if need more parts. I should pay the money and see how far they would charge. NOT!!!

I brought in my Panasonic over-the-range microwave. Staff was friendly, technician was knowledgeable, and it was ready for pickup the next day. I would recommend this place.

I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous and efficient service. I called them first thing and they told me to bring up the camera. They had it fixed the same day within 2-3 hours of my bringing it there.
