I think the pricing here is not bad on this store but the service is bad. They always make me wait 1.5hrs-2hrs just to balance my wheels. The last time i went there i have to wait 1.5hrs just to balance and install TWO wheels. I bought a brand new winter tire but they give me 2 yrs old tire and one brand new and im aware that the product was discontinued but they didn't inform me that they would give me 2yr old tire i was expecting a brand new one and one more thing i asked if they could put the new one in the front and old one in the back, the guy who was helping me said yes and even wrote it

I do not usually waste time writing bad reviews for a service but I'm concerned with future customers, or should I say victims of this tire shop. As a new driver, I searched for a highly-reviewed tire shop that most of us would. I found this place, canvassed about winter tires and was told that they would install them for free if I do get the tire from them. With the storage, I opted to store my regular tires with them since the staff told me that they charge less than 100 per season. He allowed me to pay the next season but I did pay the day I ordered my winter tire since storage is running low

I had booked an appointment to have all weather tires installed on my SUV. I picked Simply Tire because they had the specific tires I was looking to purchase. I confirmed the appointment the day before. When I arrived I was told I had no appointment, and they did not have the tires I requested. They offered me two other tires types that I did not want. I understand there is a tire shortage which is beyond their control, however the way I was treated by the counter staff was beyond disrespectful. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the man who I was talking to, yelled at me that I did not have

SIMPLY THE BEST!! I have been going here since 2014 and every time I need tires I get a few quotes from other shops and simply is always the lowest quote. I was recently shopping around for tires for a my firebird with c6 corvette rims and every place I called told me the tire size and brand I was looking for was back ordered for 3 months and the price was through the roof they all suggested going with 2 different brand wheels to get tires faster which would have resulted in poor handling and wouldn't look good cosmetically. I called simply and they got the tires I was looking for within an hour

Best tire shop in the city period. Been going to simply for well over 10 years. Best prices, great service. Only downside is during busy seasons it’s basically impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Never the less, do what I do and just go there, you can get helped right away and all their pricing is right on the site anyways.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I do not recommend to anyone. I thought I was buying new tires from them. Continental Pure Contact LS. When I received car the tires had some road rash on them and the red, green, white lines painted on tire from manufacture had worn off. When I asked for stickers from the new tires they couldn't produce them, because they said they were buried in the garbage. I asked one hour after receiving new tires and they weren't busy that day. I contacted Continental North America for warranty on tires and they said I could have the tire store replace them no questions

It's a no brainer to come here for your tire and rim needs.. and wants. They post all their prices online and answer emails quickly.

Their service is quick, clean and efficient. They offer to tighten your bolts after 400km as well.

They also don't try to push the most expensive tire on you. Tell them what you value most and they will suggest the best for you. A quiet comfortable tire with long lasting treads are what most people want.

They have a nice waiting room as well with complimentary tea and snacks in a room with a TV.

Worst experience ever. I dealt with a sales person named Joe. After about 10 emails back a forth (first email started nov 7 and last interaction was nov 22) I still couldn't confirm a time and date of my appointment to purchase winter tires and get a change over. Every email exchange, I would try to confirm a time an date, however joe would only respond with a date (available nov 26). When I responded with what time on Nov 26, he responds with nov 28 (again NO time slot). I respond AGAIN asking what time (and also annoyed my date has changed) he responds come nov 29 (yet another changed date

SimpleTire sold me a set of tires that failed. They will not issue a partial credit, an RMA to return or get me in contact with the manufacturer. There is never a phone call but only slow to respond emails that never address the previous questions. Do yourself a favor and deal with the local dealers that will stand behind what they sell. Cheaper in the long run!

Great place for purchasing new tires.

They didn't damage my rims when mounting and when they noticed one of my lug nuts was coming to end of life, they offered a replacement at a nominal fee - I appreciated not having an expensive surprise cost. Retorqing was offered as a standard service included with the tire install and was a breeze. Just parked out front and a technician came out with a clicker wrench. Waiting room is clean, updated, and has Wi-Fi while you wait.

Well,so far i can see only grate reviews but..does anyone try to make phone call to this "grate"place ????? Im trying for over 2 weeks few times everyday monday to friday...NOBODY never pick up...answering machine just direct you to web site...online you wont find what they have on stock,ask some additional questions,order ..etc.Not so grate response to clients

Great rim and tire shop. Got quoted over email by Zook for winter tires and rims and they knew the exact specs that was manufacturer recommended for my car (unlike other places that tried to sell me whatever was in stock). After a few weeks of research I found Simply Tire. I spoke with Allen and the price he quoted me was a bit too good to be true. You know what they say about "Cheap, Fast, and Good" - choose two.

Bought 4 winters - Michelin X-Ice ones last 2013. After 4 winters, tires still awesome. Traction going over snow-covered roads in Markham was not an issue. Great tires from SimplyTire. I had to email and visit the store to order as at that time, they were not answering phones. Then came back on the appointed date for the tire install. Great price. Knowledgeable team to handle your inquiries. Highly recommended.

Got all new summers tires at a reasonable price. Summer and here and it was time to get some new tires, had one cut right before winter and the DOT date was also 7 years ago. I normally shop or quote between Simply Tire and another place. Simply tire is just simply quick in terms of response and getting the work done. I juat had to email them the vehicle and tire size and they gave me a variety of options. In the end I picked a tired that was not on the list, thry gave me a price but it wasn't the cheapest but they were willing to price match it for me.

What really makes it is the personal touch from Allen Ahi, the owner and his wife, and brilliant staff. All of them are friendly, knowledgeable and sharp. Very pleased with the service and my new Michelin X-Ice xi3 winter tires. They were able to get my Nismo Juke in and out in 38 minutes! It was very smart that I made the reservation a month or so before the snow flew a few weeks ago, it was pretty busy! So always make an appointment!

I got there right at 10am, which was lucky because of all of the construction going on around Keele and Finch. Steeles is all messed too. So give a bit extra time.

The best way to get a hold of them is to simply email them and Allen is super quick to respond to all of your questions and inquiries. They also have periodic specials on certain tires throughout the year so keep an eye out for that too!

I've been a Simply Tire customer since I bought my first car three years ago. I bought my winter tires here because of the manger's helpfulness and would drive across town to get my tires changed seasonally.

However on May 24th, I took my car in to have the tires switched over, I had the unfortunate pleasure of hearing how the staff speak about customers and their cars. Another customer in a white BMW wanted a picture of their car in front the store and I overheard an employee say, "Move all the cars out front...actually, just move the Golf, it's the only s***ty car out there
