What an amazing company. I honestly have never dealt with ANY company where everything was so seamless and easy. Never mind a automotive company. From initial contact, to purchase of snow tires and wheels, to installation. Advice was great and honest. Little more expensive, but I was happy to pay. Anything else Tire Butler wants to get into I am a buyer. Love, love , love this company.

Decided to "change" it up and give this business a shot. Unfortunately not much space at my place or office to try the mobile service. Booked an appointment online - no issues, got a reminder of a couple days before the appointment. I appreciate that the website clearly lists the price of each service and the staff don't try to upsell on anything.
Arrived about 10 minutes early. There's plenty parking in front of the shop. A waiting area with a massive TV playing CP24 and free Wi-Fi for customers. A wall of Thule Backpacks, tires, and rims.

Drew came to change our tires today. He was incredible. In fact, one of my daughters came home from university and was about an hour late due to traffic and he was so kind and patient and at our request waited so she could return with her snow tires on. He was professional, courteous, and tolerant. I would highly recommend him. He did an amazing job.

Andrew has changed my tires through Tire Butler at least 3 or 4 times now. He is patient, polite and efficient, even when I am rushed. I look forward to seeing him twice a year as not only does he do his job well but it's nice to know the person coming to my home is familiar. Tire Butler makes the tire change over process so easy and seamless.

Love this service. The cost is marginally higher, but they come to my house or office to change my tires. Saves me at least 2 hours of my time.
The servicemen are always very courteous and diligent in their workmanship.
Just bought new tires form them. The price was high but the tires were high quality. Couldn't believe the handling of my new tires. They told me "if I wanted cheaper tires, go somewhere else." I took their word for it and bought what they suggested. Never been happier.

What an ingenious idea....someone who comes to you and changes your tires and stores your tires at their facility between seasons!
Knowledgable and reasonably priced, I've purchased both my all season and winter tires from them.
Don't be fooled by competitors, these guys are the original and the best.

I live in downtown Toronto and was very happy with the Tire Butler service. I had to convince them that they really could get their truck into the loading dock area of my condo building, but once that was taken care of everything was a breeze. The tech called to say he'd be a bit early. He checked my tires for wear, answered my questions about the storage and putting the summer tires back on in spring, and was all done with the balance/change in less than an hour. I am super happy! Other places I called told me they didn't service my area.

I found Tire Butler searching for a set of wheels for my new car, they actually had some that a customer of theirs was selling. The owner, Jack, responded thoroughly to all of my questions and I was able to set up an appointment to have the wheels installed the same day right at my place. The person that did the actual work was super friendly and helpful and made sure every detail was tended to including testing the tire pressure monitoring and waiting while I test drove the new wheels while it adjusted. I ended up getting a package with them that included changing the wheels/tires as well as storing
