Amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. I contacted them from Montreal, on Friday, after seeing an item I was interested in purchasing as a gift, on their website. The person I spoke to actually went over to the post office to inquire about shipping prices, in person. It arrived today, gift wrapped. I didn’t even think about asking for gift wrapping, but she knew I was buying it as a present and did it of her own initiative... I’m so touched. Definitely recommend them.
