I have recently had the pleasure of getting some long overdue dental work done with the Crescent Heights Dental Clinic. Words can't fully describe how happy I am with their business, in all aspects. Every staff member has been delightful to interact with, and they really helped me feel at ease.
Dr. Christina Chow and her assistant Natalya have fixed my smile and I can't thank them enough. They work so efficiently and always make me feel comfortable. Their level of mastery as dentists is more than 100%.

I am the BIGGEST wimp when it comes to the dentist. I have to take a break during cleanings. I explained my concerns and fears when I had to get a crown put in. I was terrified! They took my concerns into account and made every effort to put me at ease. Although I wouldn't say it was great experience, I was more than happy with the treatment and the outcome. Dr. Newbert, was extremely patient explaining everything that would be happening and making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. I have a stress ball I use to occupy myself and I even dropped it and the staff stopped to get it back in

Both myself and my girlfriend went to this clinic, each of us had a different dentist. Both of us needed 3 fillings and even after a few months, those teeth hurt more than ever. We now have to find another dentist to fix whatever sloppy work they did.
For myself when I was there, they seemed so rushed that it felt like they were hardly paying attention to what they were doing. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an awesome experience here. The staff is so friendly, and super accommodating. Christina the treatment coordinator was so kind and understanding, she was very honest and straight forward about everything, which I really appreciated. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Newbert and his lovely RDA Kinga. They were very thorough in explaining the procedure to me, and made my comfort during the procedure top priority. Very quick, and painless. 10/10 would recommend this office.

After having my dental records transferred to Crescent Heights Dental I was shocked at the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Christina Crow. After I cancelled an appointment because I was concerned about having COVID, the dental office fabricated accusations, claiming that had cancelled 10 appointments and had abused staff, and that I was no longer… welcome at the clinic.
After contacting the clinic they seems confused and unsure about what was happening and would not provide proof of the 10 cancelled appointments or the alleged abuse to staff.
Now I'm stuck with needing to find a new dentist

This is a great dental office! Dr. Newbert came in early to look after me instead of making me wait 3 weeks for his next opening. Neerishma is constantly checking with you to make sure you are comfortable and that nothing is hurting you. I had a root canal today and 2 hours later with the freezing coming out I am pain free. Best Dentist I have ever been to.

I have always had great service here since starting to come 18 months ago. I had a wisdom tooth removed and several cleanings and teeth whitening and it's all been very professional. I've felt comfortable at all times. My kids go here too and the dentists have done a thorough job so far. They are reasonably priced too if you don't have insurance. Would recommend!

I have been going to Crescent Heights Dental Clinic for years. I have always had such excellent service from the dentists, technicians and reception. I felt comfortable with the safety precautions in place when I entered and had my appointment. This week, Stephanie and Melissa provided such friendly and knowledgeable service. I’ve been to the clinic for the last four years. Nicole is an excellent dental hygienist. Knowledgeable, gentle and gets the job done well and painlessly. The dentists always take time to address your concerns and problems. Today I had a filling done. Dr Charles was extremely professional. He always told me what he was doing and what to expect every step of the way, so I would feel comfortable. And the job was done perfectly.
