Originally founded in 1963 by Ernie Mink and his wife Gladys, the company has now grown to a staff of 16 headed by president, David Mink. With our "small town" roots, we are strong supporters of many local community organizations and charities. Continuing education is important to any enterprise, and many of our staff are studying for, or have completed, advanced insurance courses.

Our agent up until fall 2021 was Marsha Lambert who was exceptional in her public relationship with myself and husband.
Once she left the situation changed. Randy who also worked in the Orillia office told me to call Lisa at another office as he couldn’t help me. When the ownership and insurance was switched over to myself, a renewal was mailed to me.It was an exorbitant amount for January 15/22 of 684.22! I contacted another insurance company in Orillia and got the same coverage for $127.50./ mos. while my convertible is in storage for the winter.When my convertible comes out of garage in April

I was involved in an accident a couple of weeks ago and contacted my agent Lisa. I cannot tell you how much happier I am with the service. She was polite, professional and friendly. I actually upped my rating. Thank you Lisa.
After leaving this review we were contacted by the agency and have been compensated some of the cost incurred due to an incompetent agent. I am happier than I was. Time will tell if they can make me a satisfied client.
I would not recommend this brokerage to anyone. The service we have received is at best substandard and at worst is negligent.
