Very bad service and they don't have communication between their Employe poor customer service and they take fees they charge me without inform me they gave less information I really disappoint with their service they increase insurance rate without you inform me they don't give a proper reason and statisfied answer

Make sure to pay annually as they can increase rates mid policy if you bundle insurance for savings and the dates are different.
Got savings for bundling auto and house for 2020. One renews march 2021 the other July 2021 but because I went with a new company at the renewal in march for the house they took away my savings for the remaining months on the 2020 policy for the car despite paying the full amount for the house insurance that year.
Additionally like other companies renewal is automatic so be careful there as well.

Todd Lalonde and his associates work very hard to maintain good relationships that last a lifetime. Our insurance is always changing, new needs, new cars, kids being added to our vehicles, sale of a house, purchase of a new one. Through it all they have been able to make all these changes to reflect our needs. Very thankful to have our insurance with this agency

Absolutely Horrible
Called to cancel my insurance after I sold my vehicle, a few weeks later they took an insurance payment out so I called my bank to recover that money. Called them back and they said that I never told them I sold it and they want that payment even though I told them I sold my vehicle. They then put it on my record driving my premiums through the roof.
They gave me a number I can call to complain which was a fake number leading me to a one question servey that hangs up.
I would never use statefarm again in my life, I feel completely disrespected.
