Crease Harman LLP ("Crease Harman") traces its roots to 1858 when Henry Crease became the first barrister qualified to practice as a Barrister of Her Majesty's Court of Civil Justice for Vancouver Island. The firm's history extends back to 1866, making it the oldest law firm in British Columbia. I can't say enough good things about Greer Jacks. I just closed the purchase on a condo in Abbotsford, while staying with my parents in Victoria for a couple months. Greer and his team (thanks, Vikki and Susan!!) showed the highest levels of compassion, responsiveness and professionalism, going to bat for me when the teller at my credit union struggled three times to send my money to their bank account to be held in trust.

I cannot rave enough about my experiences with Deryck Harry. He’s an absolutely brilliant young chap. My partner and I have used him on complicated family matters and a Supreme Court civil litigation suit for defamation and I always feel very confident and well prepared with Deryck on my side. I decided to contact this agency with a rather sensitive matter. Their partner Timothy Summers stated he was going to have some junior staff memberss look for any previous precedents related to my situation, to see if there could be anything to act upon, and that he would get back to me the following week.
I never heard from him afterwards...
My recommendation to Mr. Summers: don't make commitments you don't intend to follow through on... it's not a good look for a partner with a lawfirm claiming to have a "distinguished" reputation within their community.

Got my work permit and permanent residence done through David Aujla. I was assigned Sarah Sohn to work on my immigration case and she was phenomenal. Everything went very smoothly and all the questions I asked were answered quickly and thoroughly. So grateful to have used them as the team to make all this happen. I thought about trying to do it myself, but there are so many things that Sarah recommended or fixed for me that would have ended poorly if not done correctly. Best money I have spent in a long time.
