Had to chase him a bit to get him interested in our project, he never got back after initial meeting, until we called him, after a few meetings and a bit of a delay on our part we were ready to Sign a contract for a major renovation, even though we thought he was a bit on the expensive side, asked to see a breakdown of final pricing and all of a sudden he was too busy to do the job.
