We ordered several basement windows, plus a custom window, with top canopy windows and a picture window below with side openings. The manufacturer messed up the build and Fred refused to even ask us to compromise. He kept us informed of the delays. We waited longer and got exactly what we wanted. Peter and Mike were great installers and we have already got many compliments on the new unique window. We will definitely be calling them back to cap the rest of our windows once we replace the rest of the house siding.

3 windows were installed at the end of August 2019. We later noticed that the finish on the window frames was rough and, with one window, damaged. We have been asking since September for them to return and repair the damage so that the windows can be painted and ready for winter. The reply from Fred Friesen has been that they are busy with other jobs (Sept.), still busy with other jobs (Oct.) and now (Dec.), besides still being busy with other jobs, that we should do the repairs ourselves.
