I was put into touch with Tony by my TD mortgage broker as TD would not give me an exception to a $5000 fix due to insulbrick on the side of the home I wanted to purchase. This occurred 2 and a half weeks before closing. Tony indicated he would find me a lender with a great rate. In a few days he got me an amazing rate on a 5 year fixed that beat all the major banks. He warned me there would be a lot of paperwork the next few days as I needed a mortgage with some very special circumstances. Over the next week we worked out all the paperwork and we were constantly on the phone.Tony kept me updated

Tony made the process of obtaining a mortgage so much easier than I ever thought it could be.
