Crestwood Dental Clinic

Nobody really enjoys going to the dentist. However this clinic takes away the negative feeling. Highly recommend Crestwood dental.

I came in with a mouthful of problems and a lifetime of bad experiences. Everyone here has remedied that. Very friendly, and helpful staff. They don't make you feel bad about your teeth not being perfect, and won't try to upsell things you may not need while being strapped into a chair.

If you are going to have your dental assistant do the checkup then I should only pay for a dental assistant's rate. Honestly the dentist came in for <3mins of the checkup, did the most cursory look at me, hardly even opening my mouth and somehow that generates an 104 dollar bill. These are the rates set by the Dentists' syndicate, presumably as an hourly rate, since there is no breakdown or explanation for the obscene cost.
Then I book a cleaning, which they "helpfully" book for immediately after my exam, but what joy! they book in hour blocks so I get to sit in the waiting room for 45+ mins

Coming here has really helped my fears of going to the dentist. Dr. Labonne was very gentle and helpful during my root canals and did an amazing job!! Definitely my go to dentist from now on

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. These guys will be my permanent destination for my oral health. My only wish would be getting a painkillers prescription after the fillings were done initially, cause the 24-48 hours afterwards was pure agony. Only relief I found was at the bottom of a whisky bottle, and I really hate alcohol.

Horrible experience, two of the newer dentist did work that they both botched, resulting in me needing an extensive root canal!

Th doctor is great but my appointments were switched on me and made to be my fault when it wasn't. Times dates and people were changed at a moments notice but give me grief and try to argue with me because I cancel an appointment that was hours earlier then I originally booked it for and now I have to wait months now while Im missing 9 teeth. Overall not impressed with a rude staff member but the dentist himself is awesome sure wish I could keep an appointment for the time and date I actually booked it for.

I’m the 30-35 years that I have been with crest wood dental I have never had a complaint nor any concerns with the staff. Overall, Crestwood Dental is an excellent place to come visit, very professional and friendly staff.

Excellent experience, been going to this dental office for years now, no issues and no concerns. They explain every procedure well! Books the next appointment right after and the staff are amazing!

I was fit in due to a tooth infection. I expected to get a prescription and leave. Dr. O’Connor said I needed an immediate extraction. Due to a trauma history, I’ve never done dental work without general anesthesia. She talked me through the extraction with such patience, kindness, empathy, and a high degree of competence.
I have never had a negative experience at this clinic, from walking in the door to walking out, but this time I was so impressed.
I would highly recommend this office for any age, and particularly for anyone that struggles with dental visits.

Veerrryy professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I was squeezed in for a tooth emergency last minute and was treated with skill and compassion. The office has gone above and beyond, as well, in regards to cleanliness and Covid protocol. I felt very looked after and safe. Definitely recommend this Dental place.

Have gone to this dentist for 16 years and horrible experience everytime. The waits are forever so if you need an appointment clear up your whole day. They wrecked my teeth. Went to a different dentist said every filling they did needs a crown because they were done horribly. Had braces done by them, had them for almost 4 years and now I need them again because they did not fix my bite. do not recommend.

I had my cavities filled and some fell out within days...if i want them fixed i need to pay again...no warranty work ...nothing...river centre dental offers a warranty...go there this place sucks
