Cremona Hotel
Cremona Hotel can trace its origin to construction somewhere around 1950. It was built and operated by a local Italian family for many years. The Village of Cremona itself is named after the city of Cremona in Italy which is famous for its rich musical history. The Cremona Hotel was purchased by the Neilon family in 1978 and is operated by the family to this day.

The hotel has undergone numerous renovations over the years and has become a cherished establishment to Cremona and area residents as well as its many visitors in the years since. Our Kitchen is open 10 to 10 seven days a week for all your dine in and takeout favorites. The Village of Cremona was founded in 1906.
Services
Please let us know if you have any special requests with regards to allergies or portion sizes and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our little kitchen uses only the best quality ingredients that go into making what should feel like a home cooked meal. Enjoy! But save room for dessert because we have one of the best homemade pie and dessert bakers in the county on staff.
Mixed greens, shredded carrot, radish, cucumber and grape tomato, with your choice of dressing. Iceberg lettuce topped with black bean salsa, cheddar, crispy tortilla strips and your choice of spiced beef or chicken. Tomatoes, peppers, red onion, cucumbers, feta cheese and kalamata olives tossed in a zesty greek dressing.
8 oz steak grilled to your liking, served with honey glazed dill carrots and your choice of stuffed or baked potato. 10 oz AAA ground chuck patty with fried onions and mushrooms smothered in gravy served with honey glazed dill carrots and choice of side. One flour tortilla stuffed with spiced chicken, peppers and onions, cheddar cheese and refried beans.
AAA Alberta roast beef thinly shaved and piled high with swiss cheese, fried mushrooms and onions and house-made horseradish mayo. House-battered chicken, real bacon bits, parmesan cheese and our classic caesar salad wrapped in a flour tortilla. Thinly shaved beef with peppers, mushroom, onions, melted provolone and cheese sauce baked crispy.
If you are travelling between Cochrane and Sundre and feel a tad peckish, this is a really good restaurant located inside the Cremona Hotel. The food is excellent and not what one would expect in a small town hotel/bar. Everything on the menu is first class. Had lunch there today, food and service were great, place was clean, prices were good and the menu was large and had some different things.

Good bar food and beer to be had with friendly service. Busier than you'd expect for a small town, seems to be the place to be in Cremona.

Had a great time. Ordered a pizza to go with extra cheese got a pizza with next to no cheese, yet it was strangely really good. Staff was wonderful

The food is absolutely immaculate but what it really boils down to is the atmosphere. Whether you want to have a couple of pints or maybe an expensive brandy this place really can just hit the best of both worlds. But maybe, just maybe perhaps the best feature of this quaint little gem is the special not so special, specials that they have.

Food and staff are great, minus the pizza. Use to be so tasty, but seems the middle is always so soggy.. even after we send it to get cooked a bit longer.

I stopped in after a failed camping trip and the potato bacon soup and Ruben sandwich were a great combo and a welcome warm meal. Service was great, very friendly and fast. Hopefully the next time I stop by it's under better circumstances.

Great having this gem close to home! Food always decent, neat rural vibe and staff is friendly. Patio in the summer and you can pretty much order whichever wine you want because they have a liquor store attached! So always double check if you don't see it on the menu

During a recent road trip, found this place and decided to stop in.

Food was great and portions very nice.

If i'm ever back this way, I'll definitely stop in again; maybe check out the nightlife!

This review is of the tavern, not the hotel itself. This tavern is the local hot spot for the younger crowd. Staff were excellent. Locals wanted to talk and hang out. The food was excellent (incredible soup).
Features: Pinball, VLTs, large tables for parties, pool table, and a well-stocked bar.
Great spot to visit if you're interested in meeting people and having some fun. BTW: There is a tavern, hotel, liquor store, and restaurant in the same building. This review is for the tavern only.

Rural pub. This place to stop and have lunch. We had the coyote burger and steak sandwich, with a couple of pints of Dogpound Blonde draft. Food was delicious. Would definitely come again.
