I always have difficulty getting to speak to a person. Unless I nag they do not search for the best value in insurance. Adding my son to my insurance policy was difficult and my insurance more then doubled. What I was paying with Darling for 3 people on one car I am now paying much less for 3 people on two cars. Also by having my son switch from darling to someone else and now he is paying 75% less.

Flawless experience
When my parked vehicle got backed into (almost $3000 damage) they were good, had a suitable rental vehicle for the duration of the repair, and they fixed the vehicle so it's impossible to the untrained eye anything ever happened without pictures of the accident

Extremely disappointed that Darling was not looking out for my best interest. A Brokers most important job is to look after its existing customers. An expired credit card and an oversight to update it almost led to the loss of home insurance. Is it really too much to expect that my broker would not have called or sent a letter within 2 months, surely they received some sort of notification. Luckily the insurance company contacted me directly to let me know. I would suggest looking for a broker who cares for your best interest.
