Pearson Insurance was founded by Ronald Pearson in 1986. He started off as an agent for Hamilton Township Mutual (HTM) Insurance Company which is located in Cobourg, Ontario. Selling residential, automobile, commercial, and farm insurance the company grew and within a year welcomed Tim Pearson, Ronald's son, as an agent.
In 1992, Sharon Pearson joined the company as a part time office manager in order to provide a wider range of products for our client base. Two years later Sharon started full time. The company continued to grow and in 1995 Tim Pearson decided to become a fully licensed life insurance agent. In 1999 Pearson Insurance incorporated to become Pearson Insurance Limited with Ronald Pearson becoming president of the company.

HTM Insurance currently has an exciting opportunity for an exclusive insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the insurance needs of current customers through the Pearson Insurance Agency, as well as developing new leads. There will be a strong focus on agricultural insurance products, so a background in agriculture will be an asset.

Went in and signed up 4 car insurance. Paid for 2 mths worth at the time and then 1 mth later they try to take the money out of my acct. I get a NSFW charge because of it. Then the next mth they charge me double and since I wasn't expecting that I get another NSF charge. They need 2 be pulling out the correct amount each month. Not extra. Don't use them.
