All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It is such a pleasure going there. Prescriptions are filled so fast! After years of getting Px filled at Shoppers and sometimes begging to get them the same day, I am always surprised when they say it will be a few minutes at this Pharmacy. It is a small town feel right in the middle of the city. I really appreciate the service.

I've switched to this pharmacy over from the Shoppers Drug Mart about a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. They won me over by their care and interest. I can't recall the number of friendly conversations I've had with the pharmacists. I felt valued as a client.

They are not fast, they are not kind at the front desk, and if I could, I would only give 5 stars to the pharmacists on site. Does not matter who they put at the reception, they do not greet patients as patients should be greeted in a place where people go to find answers to their illnesses and pains. The doctors seem overworked but that's probably to blame for the lack of comfort and care when addressing patients. Would not recommend this place if you're looking for treatment or even just a regular check up.
