I felt very upset today about my mom who used to be a patient of dr. Olena Trinchuk. My mom had to leave her for another doctor, because doctor got refferal a year ago and did absolutely nothing for her. All my mom wanted - a letter that went to their office by mistake, but got a rude refuse. Son of this doctor asked my mom for 100$, when she refused, he said it will cost her, because this is the law they have in the office, and they will re-calculate and she still has to pay! So, his suggestion was to make an appointment with doctor, (lets keep in mind Covid and that's my mom is 70 years old!
