The flooring is very nice quality, and the installers were very professional. An issue with the initial lino install and subsequent attempt to repair left a tear in the linoleum. Although I was assured it would be made right, I have not heard back from them. That was back in July. Would not risk using them again.

We ordered vinyl flooring and custom stair nosings from Ashley Fine Floors. I called around to a few businesses for the same flooring and Jeff provided us with the cheapest quote over the phone. He also gave us tips on installation. The ordering and pick up process was smooth and efficient. We ended up installing everything ourselves and even though the custom stair nosings were expensive, our stairs looked beautiful!

We had a really good experience and are very happy with our flooring. We worked with David and he was very accommodating, answered all our questions and communicated really well throughout the entire process. The installers (Serge & Greg) did an incredible job. I wish I could give another review on Ashley Fine Floors website as we have had ongoing stellar experiences from them for sales through Jeff for high end (couldn’t be found anywhere else) vinyl planking and now carpet. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Ashley Fine Floors. Our experience left us with with poorly installed vinyl plank flooring without any option for fixing significant remaining issues. Throughout this nightmare project we struggled with communication, timelines, quality of install and with rectifying issues. Customer service was non-existent.

I would avoid purchasing from this company. They sell and install subpar products made by Beaulieu Canada that don't actually have a guarantee (contrary to what both companies claim). I have 3-year old laminate that the top is peeling off of, and after MONTHS of attempting to contact both companies, someone finally responded and declared it to be… normal wear-and-tear and damage (yes, both) without even having seen it. I persisted, especially since some of the peeling/cracking was in a closet; how on Earth would someone damage that. Eventually someone came out, and months later I received
