Crestview Floors is a flooring company in Calgary that provides a large selection of flooring product categories. Our 8,000 square foot showroom offers carpeting, laminate, tile, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and tile, specialty floors, and wall coverings. Vinyl is back and better than ever, we highlighted the flooring product that is trending at the Calgary Renovation Show.

We worked with Crestview as a supplier on the home we are building, and will definitely recommend them to others. A few of the tiles we had selected earlier in the process became unavailable closer to possession due to supply issues, and Crestview really stepped up to figure it out and make sure we were happy. Tiffany was super professional in addressing our feedback, and her and Ken worked hard to make sure we ended up satisfied despite the hiccups.

Making selections for your new home can be very stressful and overwhelming, and my experience with Crestview Holmes was really great! Niky Connor’s was the crestview representative that was helping me with my decisions, she was extremely patient with me When I just needed to take time and sit with my options,and she really took the time to help me… find the right fit for me and the design/look I was going for. I ended up going back and making some changes and she was so accommodating, which just put my mind at ease when making these big decisions. I would absolutely recommend Crestview

We were sent to Crestview Floors by our builder and having this experience now I would highly recommend this supplier and Nicky Conners. We are so thankful to Nicky who was very patient with us and helped through a difficult process of decision making. We had numerous appointments but Nicky supported us and with her help we are now very happy with our selections.

Had a great experience with Nicky at Crestview. Went in with an idea of what we wanted and she was able to point out selections for flooring that made our vision happen without breaking the budget. Nice product - but watch the details.
I would strongly suggest that anyone purchasing product have a very clear understanding of return/restocking/shipping charges before ordering.
I would suggest Crestview update their process and provide this information to customers at the time of a sale.
I ordered an extra box of laminate for $110 - after all the fees above, I was offered a refund of $20 if I wanted to return it.
Be aware that Crestview does not have shipping relationships like their suppliers. My cost to have them ship my returned product was 285% higher than the cost to have it shipped
