For over 42 years, Cameron Driver Education has set the standard in training professional Class One drivers in Alberta. We have become the most recognized institute in Edmonton Alberta, giving us a degree of credibility that is unmatched anywhere. My one and only regret about going here is, that I didn't do it years ago!
I have to say some pretty Fantastic staff, from the moment you walk in the door to the time you get out on the road. It can't be easy dealing with nervous inexperienced drivers and the instructors are super calm making it an enjoyable experience. Thank you guys so much for helping me pass my licence!

Great instructors but the front office has some of the worst communication I've experienced in any department. I took 31 days for me to complete a Class 3 ten hour course and I'm sure it would have been longer if it wasn't for me texting or calling them once a day asking when my next session was. Maybe they're to busy but then they shouldn't take on so much to begin with. Having weekend sessions for students would help too.
I would recommend coming here for training but don't expect to be in a hurry. And if you fail your road test a truck rental for your next test is $240. Add $155 for another

Awesome instructors with lots of industry experience. Front office staff needs better communication considering each few hours of class/road/yard class is $500. For the amount of money my group (10) paid they need to be better at scheduling. It took way too long to finish the class 1 Melt (14 weeks) with only being scheduled 2 hours a week for some weeks- you honestly forgot some of the new driving skills you learnt a week before when it was only 2 hours a week. Recommend getting your class one somewhere else.

Oh my God, I don't know how I can appreciate the instructors at Cameron driving school , they are owesame and they it all as they promised right from the beginning. I came here with out knowing the stick shift but they took their time to teach me till I got all I paid for. I never failed a single test till the end. My road test was perfect with 90%, I oy lost ten point where I stopped too Fer from the intersection and that was the only point I lost during my road test. I will recommend you take Cameron driving if you wants to become a class one driver. Your money will not go for a waste and they

I highly recommend Cameron Driving School. Great instructors. My instructors went the extra mile to encourage and support me. He was patient, knowledgeable and full of encouragement. He prepared me for everything that was on my test. The training I received at Cameron Driving School gave me the ability to successfully pass my road test. The front desk staffs all very friendly and very helpful.
Thanks you so much Cameron driving school.

I had fun. They were pleasant and patient They worked around my work schedule on short notice. The instructors are very knowledgeable. I am in the industry already and only did the shortened melt class that was half the time. I knew a lot of the material already and just asked questions to things I needed clarification on. There is lots of opportunity to get extra practice and repetition for pre trip, air brake test and coupling and uncoupling, backing up. The instructors want to make sure you are ready before they book you for the exam. if you expect them to spoon feed you everything(i don't think

I recently took the Air Brake Endorsement course through them, It was a great experience. I had Joe as my instructor he was thorough and made it easy to prepare for both the practical exam and the written exam at the registries. The in class portion of the school was great to see what the airbrake system is composed of and how it works. Joe has years of experience as a driver so he ads to the course content and makes it real with his experiences. When we went out to the truck I was prepared as he did several practice runs in the class before we went out to the actual truck. I got 100 % on both

Terrible place to learn. I was charged for classes I didn't attend because they forgot to confirm the appointments. I was called at 8:00 A.M for a 10:00 A.M lesson. I obviously couldnt make it and still got charged for it. I will be making complaints and reports even if I have to hire a lawyer cuz someone has to put a stop to this rip off.

Excellent school, took my class 1 just over a year ago here and landed a job within 2 weeks of having it. Also passed the exam first shot with no problem. These guys know their stuff, the instructors are excellent, the trucks and great. All around just a great place to take any sort of training. The skills they teach are a lot more than just shifting gears because let's be honest, any monkey can shift gears but it's all the little details they make sure to reinforce. Iv been driving rigs for years on the farm and developed a lot of bad habits and they broke those real quick, taught me

I was very happy with my instructor, he motivated me to learn.
I had 1 class with a different instructor who was almost the opposite, I did not enjoy driving with him. He tried to tell me that if my company was paying for lessons I would need 10 more hours at least ($1100) or about 4 more if I was paying. I ended up taking the driving test right after and I passed!
One thing to keep in mind is that you lose about 15 - 20 min in each lesson while they go back to get coffee or use the washroom ect.
It didn't matter to me because I was so happy with my original instructor.
