Hello All at Escape Trailers,
Our Escape 5.0 arrived in tip top shape in Belchertown the morning falling
a snowstorm, high winds and rain downpours!!
Dave, the transport driver, was terrific especially since he had to endure
2 road closures and unpleasant winter weather.
Another customer was also in Belchertown picking up her 21NE Escape
trailer which also appeared to have weathered the trip well.
Everything seemed to be in order. There is one small dent in the cap of
one of the rims of a tire axel(I'm not sure if I'm using the correct term)

What a fantastic company! A great product with a fanatical customer base and terrific reputation that is well deserved. An unbelievable degree of customization, great customer service from start to finish. It's easy to see why people from all over travel to Chilliwack to get an Escape trailer...we came all the way from Texas! We are in our third year of ownership and couldn't be happier with our trailer.

What a shame. With the change of ownership customer service and product knowledge seems to have disappeared all together. I needed a part for my older Escape and got sent the wrong one. The message on the answering machine already warns to have low expectations on a call back as it's their "busy season". When I finally got to speak to customer service the excuse was that I have to understand that with the ownership change information got lost and it was my own fault for ordering a part that doesn't fit previous models. My mistake to assume they know their own product. No attempt to offer a solution

We recently picked up our Escape 21C in September 2021. We have been living in it since that time, about 6 weeks. We love it. Everything has worked well. When we have had any questions, everyone at Escape has gone over and above to help us. Great company, great product, would definitely recommend it. It is well with the wait!

Very happy with our Escape 21NE which we picked up in Aug '21. It has been a perfect fit for my '19 Ford Ranger -- I was worried it wouldn't be "enough" tow vehicle, but it has been super easy to tow and plenty enough power. The fit and finish on the trailer are outstanding. We went with the max solar power package, and that really opened up our options since so many camp sites don't have hook-ups and we can boondock. We just recently returned from picking up our new 2021 Escape 19 in Sumas. It could not have gone any smoother, thanks to Dave Warren from Escape personally delivering it to us! He patiently guided us through the hitching and unhitching process and even pointed out some salient features of our trailer and helped us with setting the brake controller gain of our truck. Upon our return, I sent an email to parts and services in the morning with some questions and Dave called me before noon to address them one-by-one! I must say that every employee we have encountered throughout our purchase process

Our Escape 21NE was delivered to us in September 2021. We have had an opportunity to go through all of the systems and appliances. Everything is in working order. We took our trailer out once for a shakedown trip and it performed flawlessly. The only complaint we have is that sub-standard tires, specifically Ranier tires, were installed on our Escape and we will be ordering replacement tires as soon as they are available. Once we replace the tires we will be venturing out more. We just don't feel safe on these tires, as they have a bad reputation.

Quality trailer and great value. Picked up the trailer in April 2021 and used it on many trips over the summer. Easy to tow and everything worked well. Solid build and quality material. Not the cheapest trailer on the market, but the best value for the dollar spent. These trailers really hold their value. Many times while we were out with the trailer we had people ask us about it and wanting to see in it. Very happy with this purchase.

We are loving our Escape 21 Classic! Picked it up at the beginning of May and find it very comfortable with lots of storage, and easy to tow with our Audi Q7. Love that we were able to customize our interior - so different from all the standard "dark/fake leather" interiors out there in other travel trailers. We went with the maple cabinetry, grey plank flooring, silver grey upholstery and a white with subtle grey vein countertop/table top and added colourful throw pillows for the bed and dinette. It is bright and has a more contemporary feel.
