This is not the moving and storage company to use if you have valuable or heavy and fragile items or antiques. Paul Griffith, the owner, surveyed all items to be moved and personally wrapped and crated all valuable items. In spite of that leather items were scratched and marked and a table shattered.
The care in packing the truck deteriorated during the move. At the end, items were placed in the truck unwrapped and items actually fell out of the truck when Paul Griffith attempted to close the doors. When the items arrived and were unpacked, Paul Griffith acknowledged damage and he said repairs

This company sent 2 men dressed in rough attire to pack up the belongings. They were unprofessional. Several items were being donated to charity, and Paul Griffiths himself asked about taking several of the items for his personal use. The packers failed to properly pad one piece of furniture with a large glass component. Then, instead of using a cushioned moving vehicle, a pick up truck driven by Paul's son brought the goods to our new home in Alberta in a U-Haul trailer. The furniture with glass was broken beyond repair, and due to its custom size, it could not be repaired. Griffiths did nothing

We contacted Paul Griffith to quote our move from Kelowna to Calgary. Paul responded promptly and provided an initial guestimate. He then went to our property to see what was to be moved, verify access into our building and how close he could park for loading. He provided a very good estimate and we settled on a date and time. He contacted us the day before to ensure we were on schedule. He arrived 15 minutes early with 2 helpers and the move was completed in under 2 hours. he had all the wrapping blankets and materials to secure the load plus 2 helpers. He gave us a delivery date and time back
