I have never met a more rude, confrontational, angry man in my life. He became almost deranged when questioned about the length of time that the elevator was being tied up. I believe the conversation started by telling him that there are many elderly people living in this building who have trouble with stairs. He is such an irrational, angry person I would never trust him if I were to need a mover. When I finally got to our apartment on the 4th floor I found out that he had treated my daughter and young grandson in the same manner. I hope I never come in contact with a person like him again

I used Hugo's Moving in June of 2019, and they were FANTASTIC. The were very professional, fast, at that time I think I gave them 5 stars and had recommended them to several people. My sister asked just recently who we used to move and I told her all about how Hugo's went above and beyond and how professional they were, so she booked them for her move in April 2020. My sister just finished her move on Saturday, so I asked her things went. Well apparently I should not have asked .... things went terrible for her. They were less than professional, it was the owner himself that moved her

Yes I agree, unprofessional customer service. I gave an unfavourable review on google and their reply was a pack of lies! They never responded to me by email as they stated. Not reliable.

Worst customer service.
Ignored complaints about damage for weeks. Then lied and tried to blam us. Changed story repeatedly. Not proper moving equipment for job. Rude, ignorant and lied.
Poor work ethic. Do not use this company

Please publish your multiple attempts to respond to my complaint between Nov 19 and Dec 4th. The phone calls you said you made. Those are just one of the lies I refer to.
Please publish your three different excuses you gave us as to how the tub was damaged. Please publish where dan said he would move the tub alone. If he could move it alone we would not have needed

We used Hugo’s moving in mid February and these guys ( and lady) were great to deal with. They were super friendly even though there had been a huge miscommunication on our amount to move (my fault). Not a single item was damaged! I would highly recommended them.

Absolutely love this team! I would never go anywhere else they are fast and are careful with your items. They made moving day a great day had us moved out and into our new place in two hours!! Hands down best moving company ever .
