CSN-Reliable Auto Body Ltd was started by John Orchard in 1951. In 1989, it was purchased by John's nephew, Jim Barry and Jim's wife, Karen. Mike MacLaren became Jim's partner in 2001. Jim retired in 2012 and passed owner-operator status to Mike. In 2020, long-term employee Curtus Larson became a partner in the company in addition to being its general manager.

CSN made my day today! I was really worried about my truck, the hood flew up while I was driving and bent and as a result wouldn't open and close properly. I made an appointment and was in the next morning. I dropped my truck off and an hour later it was done and to my great surprise I was told the repair was free of charge. WOW, I couldn't believe it, great service, friendly professional staff and then no charge for my repair. I will definitely be a customer for life!

Pulled my front bumper out on a snow bank and took the car into Reliable on a friend's recommendation. They were slammed, but Curtis still got one of his guys to come out and do an on-the-spot repair. I understand why they have the great reviews that they do and will be back, plus recommending them to friends. Thank you!
