I had a great experience at Willy’s collision. I brought my car in with a large dent in the bumper. They popped in out on the spot for me in 10mins. It was so awesome of them to offer such a simple, quick, painless fix for me. The bumper looks great and I am grateful.

Willys was recommended to us by Island Honda but we still looked at another repair place before deciding on Willys. My husband was so impressed with the way they handled our quote, and my car. After doing all the work my car looks like new. They were so professional and courteous too. We would definitely use Willys next time and highly recommend them.

If you're paying for damage yourself, go here. They charged me for my damaged piece of trim and to spray paint it, but buffed all the scratches around it for free, cleaned/polished my super-old looking headlights to perfectly clear, and my 14 yr old vehicle came out of their shop looking new.

There were some paint chips that we knew weren't going to come out, so before leaving I asked him if the touch-up paint at Canadian Tire was any good. They made one up on the spot, matched to my vehicle, for free.

I had a dent repaired on my hatchback by Willy's in March 2019. I was able to be squeezed in during the week I was in Courtenay although they were busy. Patrick was fantastic to deal with, he gave me an estimate then suggested Canadian Dentman as an option. Steve at Dentman was not able to do it so I went ahead with Willy's. Patrick picked me up and dropped me off. The repair is perfect. As well my car was cleaned inside and out. I couldn't be more pleased! The price was also fantastic. I had gone to another collision place on 28th a few weeks earlier (fix it) and they wanted to charge me $700

My experience with Willy's was an absolute delight. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and kept my best interests in mind. Simone is friendly and maintained great communication throughout the whole process. My wishes were respected, and the work on the vehicle was very well done. Car was returned clean and doesn't vibrate anymore! Great service - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick, world-class experience.

I want to thank especially Simone who was always in contact with me if there were any updates and made the experience extremely hassle-free. I hope I don't have to deal with another ICBC claim in the near future, but if I do I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

Had a fantastic experience dealing with Willy's auto. Went to get a fender painted which was purchased by me at the dealership and they suggested I leave my car to get the paint to match up as close as possible. It was not done through insurance but they offered me a loaner car regardless. I picked up my car and fender the next day and after I installed it, I was amazed at the quality of work. The fender matched perfectly, even down to the glitter my car had which is called metallic paint. I was very impressed and recommend anyone needing body work to check them out.
