Ordered in from Spruce Grove 2 times for my Aunt! Chose the bouquets I wanted, paid for my ordered and they were delivered on time and as they were pictured (beautiful). I had a friend who lost her beloved golden doodle and when I searched for florists, I found Cerise Floral Studio. When the arrangement arrived, my friend sent me pictures and we were both blown away by how gorgeous it was! It looked just like her dog and was so adorable. Birthday bouquet arrangement was sent to my best friend and she absolutely loved it. The ordering was easy and the florist was extremely helpful in finding a beautiful arrangement in my budget range. This little Floral Studio is located in between the Summerside and Ellerslie communities. Their cheerful store has a wide selection of fresh flowers and arrangements, and their staff are friendly and willing to take on custom orders.
Their designs range from classic and elegant, to modern and sophisticated. The designer's are flexible and able to tailor an arrangement to any taste.

I recently ordered a flower arrangement for a client, and couldn't be more pleased with it, and the customer service received. Living in another city, I emailed to inquire about making an order and they replied within the hour. I then spoke to them on the phone to complete the order and their customer service was wonderful. I will definitely order from them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Apparently people only write reviews when they are not happy which is typical in any service industry. Flowers die, i wish they wouldn't but they do. As for deliveries, most flower shops like Cerise are at the mercy of their service providers.
I've dealt with Erin and Sue prior to them branching out as Cerise. I've never been treated poorly and they've always met or exceeded my expectations. Every time my kids come with me they get a treat which is always nice and not expected.
Thanks Erin and Sue for always accommodating my last minute requests.

Excellent customer service, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Called to order a sympathy bouquet. Had one of the flower types I was looking for in stock. Picked up my order that evening. I was early and it was already ready. Was having a hard time choosing the appropriate card
and they offered a couple more options that weren't on display. Gave me an extra one so I could re-do it once I left if I didn't like what came out the first time. I would highly recomend this place to anyone.

Brutal customer service. My husband tried to surprise me during a rough week by having flowers delivered. They called ME to make a delivery time, not sure why they didn't set it up with him. I received a second call two hours later saying that the time I gave them wasn't appropriate for them. The lady went on to list the things she had to do that afternoon. All this while I was at work! I gave her a definite time that I would be home, and added that it was to have been a surprise. That she was only supposed to call me if the flowers were undeliverable. She actually started arguing with

Recently I was sent some flowers from Cerise Floral Studio. The arrangement arrived and was absolutely beautiful, and very fitting for fall. The arrangement was contained in a glass vase, which was within a birch bark vase, and included sunflowers, tulips, roses, and lots of unique decorative greenery.
Unfortunately, the next morning when I got to work the flowers were mostly dead, and when I looked in the vase there was no water. I called Cerise immediately when they opened, and they were apologetic and offered to deliver a new bouquet later that day. There were really no questions asked
