A relaxed fit sweater dress with ribbed sleeves, pair with leggings and boots for a perfect fall look. As I stepped into a leadership role at Vivian Shyu I was bursting at the seams with excitement.

I’ve purchased many items at the Bayview Village location. In August I purchased a lariat style necklace as a birthday gift for my sister who lives out of town. When she put it on, the clasp to hold the ropes to make adjustments was not working properly. It fell. The necklace was a sale item and there is a policy that final sale items cannot be… returned. I fully understand and somewhat agree. However, I returned an item that did not work. They did not stand by their product. Very disappointing! While the knit clothing at this establishment is lovely, well priced, and fits a variety of body types, the sales staff are obnoxious with the ethics of a python. They tell you everything looks great, even if it doesn't, and will use subterfuge to try and take your money any which way they can. They ruin what could be a wonderful shopping experience. Caveat Emptor!

Why is she famous again? Her clothes look like rags, expensive ones at that, in which I don't see any cohesiveness. Old women might enjoy them though. I admit some clothes look fabulous but they are way overpriced. Also she is a staple on shopping channel so why the need to go to the store? Just go onto shoppingchannel.com and you might score a bargain. I can't stand the clerks at this store because they have condescending attitudes.
