My husband Mike and I purchased a 2022 Quailridge park model trailer in November 2021. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Andy, Kathy and Brian were always willing to entertain our phone calls and visits, answering our questions knowledgably, honestly and patiently. With inventory being so tight everywhere due to covid, we didn't think we'd ever get what we wanted, especially for a reasonable price. However they went over and above for us. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, and can't wait for summer!

We bought late fall 2020 and we could not get into our campsite till mid May 2021 and Andy was fine with it allowing the Cottager to stay on his property as long as we insured it.
Andy’s entire family was helpful and pleasant.
Andy and his staff installed the Cottager for us about 2 weeks ago and they did as they said they would. It was wonderful not to worry about anything and they are there if you have questions of how to operate anything.

I talked to Andy's about our current trailer which we want to sell. He could have pushed to take it on cosignment or trade in, but he didn't. He gave me advice I never would have expected from a dealer. He answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. This dealer is extremely honest, I wish we had dealt with him when we purchased.

We were surprised to find this small family run RV dealer close to our trailer, we needed some parts and they had them. We were treated by the sun who ended up giving us a tour of probably 7 or 8 trailers and really took the time to show us everything. They also gave is the prices we'd pay, no hidden costs, just straight and simple. We got the feeling of honesty and integrity rarely encountered in tbe sales industry.
