Friendly enough but they went overtime on installation to install two side toolboxes booked 2 hours it took over 3.5 hours knowing I was there to wait mostly outside because of COVID restriction they could have communicated to me the progress and let me know it was going to take longer

Great place with professional friendly service. Had a trailer hitch installed on a 2020 Rav4 which came out perfect - couldn't be happier. The shop was spot on for time and was ready for us when we arrived. Would highly recommend.

Broke my rear window in Leer cap. Staff ordered me new one and had it in week and a bit. Installed it myself and fitment was bang on. Had to return an unused piece. No issues.

I dropped my vehicle at 8:15 and was out before 11am as was told to me. The price quoted is what I paid. I have pulled my trailer without issue. Work was well done! All Covid Protocols were followed! Staff were friendly!

Service at Stittsville Trailers was quick and efficient. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. My trailer hitch was installed in one hour and ten minutes.
My only suggestion for improvement is that as a customer, I should have been offered to take home the splash guard that they removed to install the hitch. As it was, I had to ask one of the employees to find it for me. He promptly brought it to me but without the hardware that I needed to reinstall it.

Jason called me the day of my appointment to see if I was on my way. When I arrived he was waiting for me and went over my order. He told me it would take about 2 hours. Almost exactly 2 hours later, he called to say my vehicle was ready. There were no surprises at the cash, just the quoted price. I have been there before and would recommend Stittsville Trailers for hitch installation.
