I was very hesitant about chiropractic care but decided to go when my aches and pains could no longer be ignored. Doctors Gail and Jared were extremely patient during my first visit and took the time to explain the underlying science behind everything. I felt a noticeable improvement even after just the first adjustment with Dr. Gail, and have been having regular adjustments ever since. I went to Dr Ted for hip issues and upper back pain. Im not normally one to take care of myself but i decided to stick with his care plan . 3 times a week for about a month then down to twice a week then down to every two weeks then to every 3 weeks . The relief in my upper back has made a big difference and my hip issue is no longer a concern. There receptionist has been great and they also direct bill ... and they driect bill to my husband union which no on ever does. Over all they been great . I also tried out massage therapist and i been very happy with the service.

Dr. Gail (Chiropractor) and Ms. Minh (Massage Therapist) are both wonderful! I have been a patient for nearly a year and have been going through the various stages of recovery gradually... there have been a few setbacks along the way (my own fault) but Dr. Gail has gently guided me back into feeling stronger. I would highly recommend this practice for both Chiropractic care and Massage therapy!
