RMFrolich was the most informative and professional of all businesses contacted to replace my roof. They set an appointment in their comfy office, explained the quality of their products using a power point video and included options and pricing. They clearly explained when the job could be done once I made a decision. It was easy to contact them for questions and advice. The working crew was very focused, followed safety procedures, were respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in two days. Very happy with the professionalism of FM Frolich. I really liked that we had an in-depth consultation highlighting the pros and cons of all their products against others. They did their work for me in a day and did an excellent job. All the workers are friendly and knowledgeable and it was a great feeling not having to doubt their experience with roofing. I found this company to be very professional and quality work . I also hired them for snow removal on the roof and they where quick to clean the walk ways and driveway.. The Frolich team was excellent. They built trust quickly by taking time to assess our needs completely. We were pleased with the GAF shingle product and their installation was the best you could get. The work site staff were competent, friendly, and conscientious . Very neat and tidy. The weather was cold but it did not deter good work. The cost of the job was on the high side but we knew that we were getting what we payed for, and was well worth it. We highly recommend them.

I sent an email inquiry on a roof repair to several roofing companies at 11am this morning. I was contacted by only two companies. Frolichs had already reviewed the repair and quoted by 1:30pm, the other company said they couldn't do it. The repair was completed at 4pm. I never write reviews but I wanted to personally take the time to show appreciation and my respect to such a well oiled company . These guys are organized, quick, and do excellent work. Very impressed, nice to see a company with your type of professionalism. Thank you
