Welcome to our site, my name is Liana and I am the owner and Chef at The Kitchen at Mono Mills. Cooking has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl, planning, organizing, preparing for parties and events is something I have done all my life. My passion for cooking took on a different meaning when I had a chance to cook with some of the best chefs in Italy.

I loved to learn new recipes, go home and try to put my own spin on it, thats what we do at The Kitchen, I continuously thrive in preparing the freshest foods with the best ingredients to give my customers the most amazing food experience. My all out passion is Pizza, I love pizza and continuously strive to make the best pizza this side of the Atlantic!
Services
Ask about our daily assortment of delicious bruschetta, our toppings include mushroom bechamel, truffled mushrooms, sauteed peppers, original tomato and pizza style. Our wings are made fresh with your choice of sauces or dry rubs, mild, medium, hot, bbq, honey garlic, caribbean jerk, lemon pepper. A selection of cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, olives, marinated vegetables and crostini to share.
Team Building - Teach collaboration through cooking by booking an interactive team building cooking class for your company. At the end of each team building class, all participants will sit down and enjoy the recipes prepared and toast to their success. We have different options and menus to choose from.
The Art of Italian Cooking - Adult Classes/ Inhouse or Teambuilding with your Corporate Group. The Art of Italian Cooking for Teens and Youths inhouse classes or how about for a birthday party!. We provide pizza classes and pasta classes for Children's Birthday parties in our Restaurant. Stay tuned for our schedule of cooking classes to be held at The Kitchen at Mono Mills for teens and for youths.

Picked up our food tonight. It was fresh and hot. The lobster ravioli was totally amazing with mouth watering flavour. The pizza tasted authentic and light. The wings were perfectly cooked. The quality of food was outstanding . I definitely recommend the Kitchen in Mono Mills. They are also donating $1 from every take out order this month to Headwaters Hospital!!!

Was lucky enough to have the Seacouterie board tonight...can't recommend it highly enough. You NEED this platter. Seafood preparation perfection and don't get me started about the focaccia - crazy good!!!

The best food in the entire region! You have to try the potato pizza with mushrooms and bechamel sauce! Everything on the menu is A+ plus and the staff and people are absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for always showing us such great hospitality and the best food ever!

Fantastic experience at The Kitchen at Mono. We dined outdoors in a big white tent - super fun and lively atmosphere. Food was excellent and the engaging severs/cooks/owners were even better.

We finally tried The Kitchen after wanting to try it for quite a while now. I'm glad to say, it's worth the wait. We just had a takeout pizza, but wow. What a pizza it was. Everything that I want in a pizza. I have no doubt that we'll be back.

Honestly so fed up with the inconsistency of hours and when this place is open. Or sometimes everything says “open” and no one answers the phone at a normal dinner time hour. So beyond frustrating. Unfortunate because the food is actually good. Also unfortunate because I do think the one woman who owns it is sweet. But from now on I’m not even going to risk the frustration, I will be going a bit further down the road to Chicco’s pizza.

A big shout out to the Kitchen at Mono Mills for an AMAZING supper whilst enjoying their East Coast event! Live music, gourmet food and an awesome experience! The pan seared salmon risotto and prime rib were… out of this world! Thank you Liana Gualtieri for your hospitality and chef skills. To quote Arnold… “I’ll be back” Thank you!🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️ Your prosciutto pizza that I got to go is absolutely stellar!

Enjoyed our first time dinner here! It was highly recommended by others to us and we were very pleased with our experience.
Staff were very friendly and attentive with great suggestions and the food was delicious.
We loved it so much, we ordered take out for our daughters who hadn’t tagged along!

Visited on Saturday with my son. Nobody greeted us when we were waiting to be seated... two people walked pass me twice... I said hello... and Grace the server, kept brushing me off...saying I will be right with you. After we finally got seated, another server came to us and took our order, she was very sweet . They kept apologizing to pretty much everyone there saying they were soooo busy, however there was no rush. The owner did come up to us to see how we were doing which was nice. He brought us our drinks. The food was okay. We ordered the calamari, Caesar salad and we shared a pizza. The pizza

Fantastic food. Great portions. Spoke to the chef to order and she was incredibly accommodating. The best part is she can do so many things gluten free and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Will definitely order again

We asked if they had hamburgers at this place? Yes we do, ok 3 Hamburgers 2 with cheese and bacon one with out cheese. Home fries were excellent!! I looked at Hamburger it was HUGE. My friend ate hers up she was the driver and we came back from Collingwood. Hwy# 9 Mono Hills. We were very HUNGRY!! GAVE us free water, the hamburgers were so thick I had 3 bites had some french fries, couldn't eat the burger I was Full.. the other person took 2 bites and couldn't eat hers either!! I took my burger home ate it Monday Nite..still Great tasting!! It's on the right hand side a little plaza. Lots of Regular

The restaurant is being renovated right now but we were seated in an outside tent. We started with honey garlic wings. They came out in a cute fryer basket and were nice and hot. We also split the mushroom pizza. The crust was thin and the pizza was super cheesy. I just wish there were more mushrooms on it.

Liana and her team from The Kitchen catered our wedding in September and we were so thrilled with the result. Liana is incredibly confident and passionate about the food she creates...and it is delicious!! Her creativity really showed on our charcuterie table, which our guests still rave about. Our entrees were fantastic and so was our late night pizza buffet...this woman really knows pizza!! Ron ran our bar and he was great.
